Producer Briefs supplies sourced research compilations to licensed commercial insurance producers in the United States. The service is the production and digital delivery of a single PDF research file per paid order.
Producer Briefs sells to licensed commercial insurance producers and their agencies. Orders placed by any other party may be cancelled and refunded.
Charges are processed by Stripe at order placement in U.S. dollars. The current price is published at /pricing. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes the charge.
The brief is delivered by email to the address the buyer supplies at order placement, by 9:00 a.m. U.S. Central time on the next business day after order placement, except where a refund is issued under the refund policy.
The buyer may use the brief in connection with the buyer’s own producer activities. The buyer may not resell the brief, redistribute it as a standalone product, or aggregate Producer Briefs output into a competing research service.
The completed brief is delivered to the buyer for the buyer’s use. Producer Briefs retains the methodology, formatting, sourcing rules, and any underlying templates that produce the brief.
A Discovery Brief is a research compilation drawn from public record. It is not a coverage opinion, rate indication, underwriting recommendation, or legal advice. Producer Briefs makes no representation that any third-party source cited remains current at the time the brief is read; sources are verified at time of research, and the date of research is recorded in the brief.
Producer Briefs’ total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Producer Briefs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Buyer information supplied at order placement (email, the prospect identifying information needed to research the brief) is used to fulfill the order, communicate about the order, and where the buyer consents, send service updates. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
