Refund policy
- If the prospect entity cannot be unambiguously identified from the information you provide, you receive a disambiguation email within an hour listing candidate matches and a 4-hour response window. No response in that window cancels and refunds your order automatically.
- If delivery misses the 9:00am Central commitment, you receive a full refund automatically. Brief still delivers; the refund happens independently.
- For any other reason, contact support@producerbriefs.com within 14 days of delivery.
