Sample brief
A real Discovery Brief, redacted for public display. The prospect’s identifying details have been removed; the sourcing discipline, citation format, and section structure are as delivered.
Sample brief in production — available shortly.
The sample is a real brief produced by the live agent against a chosen prospect, then manually redacted. The redaction pass preserves source citations and source-tier marks verbatim; only the prospect’s identifying details are removed. While that work completes, the page below describes what the sample will show.
What you will see
- A complete brief covering all five sections (Entity Verification, Business Profile, Risk-Relevant Public Record, Recent Developments, Decision-Maker Profile).
- Every claim cited line by line. Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 source marks visible on every cited line.
- Real source URLs preserved where the URL does not disclose the redacted entity (FMCSA SAFER, Secretary of State, OSHA, PACER, county property and tax records).
- Specific dollar amounts in court records, OSHA citations, and lien amounts preserved verbatim. These are the public-record specifics that demonstrate the brief’s depth.
- At least one “not located” entry, marked the way the brief marks them in production — the explicit signal that public record has no answer for that field.
What is redacted
- The prospect company name, replaced consistently throughout with
[Sample Trucking Co.] or [Sample Manufacturing Co.].
- The prospect USDOT number, replaced with
[redacted].
- Prospect principals, replaced consistently with
[Principal A], [Principal B].
- Specific case captions and docket numbers in PACER citations where the case caption names the entity.
- Specific URLs that, by their query parameters, would disclose the redacted entity.
$129 per brief. Delivered by 9:00am Central, the business day after you order.
