Refund policy
A full refund is issued under any of the following conditions:
- Disambiguation cancel. If the prospect entity cannot be unambiguously identified from the information you provide at order placement, you receive a disambiguation email within an hour listing candidate matches and a 4-hour response window. No response in that window cancels and refunds your order automatically.
- Missed delivery. If delivery misses the 9:00am Central commitment, you receive a full refund automatically. The brief still delivers; the refund happens independently.
- Buyer-requested, within 14 days. For any other reason, contact support@producerbriefs.com within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically post in 5–10 business days.
